In-person attendance is at capacity. In-person sign-ups now join a waitlist, and we will contact you if a place opens up. Online registration is open to everyone and is free, regardless of registration category. The form offers three choices: online only, in-person waitlist, or online plus the in-person waitlist — that last option registers you for online right away and still holds your place in line for a seat in Baltimore, so there is no downside to being on the list. Every session will be streamed, so online attendance covers the full program, and details on how to access the streams will follow closer to the conference. Any question about registration or the waitlist, email Louis Hyman at lhyman6@jh.edu.

Already registered under the $100 faculty/professional fee? Pay here: cglink.me/2dh/r1989944. The page runs on Hopkins Groups, the university's events system, and asks you to sign in first. If you are not at Hopkins, use SIGN UP under "First Time User" and choose Guest as the account type, and the payment step follows. Step-by-step instructions are in the late payment FAQ. If that fee would be a financial barrier, you do not need to pay it and no documentation is required. Nothing else about your registration changes either way.
